Dryad Clay Sculpture

Hello Friends!

This week for Week #29 of Let’sFaceIt2020 Christine Romero showed us how to mold a figure out of clay. I happened to have just enough clay to mold a DRYAD!

Forming her arms and hands and branches was difficult. This was quite challenging but really fun! I enjoyed the process of sculpting. Eventually, I want to get more clay in a neutral color like Christine used and get some sculpting tools.

Have a wonderful day and give someone you love a big hug! 😀

Clay Hawksbill Sea Turtle

Hello everyone! I have been pretty busy lately with daily traveling to town for my daughter’s classes and my going to the gym! So although I am staying in shape, it is hard to fit time in for doing my artwork! But last week I was able to form this Hawksbill sea turtle. I didn’t put the detail on it until this morning, though.

I have decided that this is a clay work of the watercolor painting I did of “Shelley, the Hawksbill Sea Turtle!”

I have another clay work I did before this that will be coming and an acrylic painting that is different from anything else I’ve done! I hope you enjoy them.

Have a wonderful day, and give someone you love a big hug. 🙂

Witchy Clay Work

Here’s a Halloween treat! I did this at the same time that I did all my other first clay works, but thought it was more appropriate for today! It has been hard to save it for now! I like this one a lot.

Have a safe and Happy Halloween! Give someone you love a big hug! 🙂
