Portrait in Mixed Media

Hello Friends!

Yesterday I drew this in charcoal and painted it in acrylics. Then I used a sponge to dab acrylics into the stencils to create the background.

This is for Week #1 of Let’sfaceit2021. Our instructor was Jenny Manno.

I haven’t done the assignments for my other class, Paint Your Heart & Soul 2021, yet. One is a mini lesson on how to draw the eye in three different expressions in pencil and white charcoal on tan toned paper.  And the main lesson is doing a profile portrait with liquid and dry charcoal. Hopefully, I will be able to do them tomorrow.

Have a wonderful day! 😀

About whitefeatherfloating

When I began this blog I was simply going to share my writing. However, after being part of the blogging world for quite some time now, I decided to begin sharing my artwork. Patsy's Creative Corner will always have my artwork. Thanks for visiting! :)
