Giraffe Portrait in Watercolor and Pen

Hello Friends!

Over the weekend I took down almost all of my art that I did this year, so I have the two blank walls available to fill again as I do my new classes for 2021. I also went through old artwork and found this giraffe that I had penciled onto a piece of watercolor paper well over a year ago and forgot all about! So I decided to paint it yesterday.

I have been busy the last couple of months going through our books and have donated a few bags to the library as well as taken about five full bags to a used books bookstore in town to trade them in for credit. There were a lot of my husband’s fantasy novels and our son’s novels he couldn’t keep since he is moving in a couple of days. Anyway, so now I have about $400 in credit that will take a very long time to use! I don’t know if I ever will use it all! I don’t go there very often. But I am just glad to be getting the house cleaned out little by little!

A few weeks ago I sold a neighbor two American Girl dolls and a bunch of clothes for them. And now she is interested in buying a doll clothes closet that my daughter wants to sell, too. All of it is in perfect condition, and she definitely has gotten a bargain!

I hope everyone is doing well! I may have another post or two this week, but just in case I don’t, happy holidays to you all!

Have a wonderful day! 😀

When I began this blog I was simply going to share my writing. However, after being part of the blogging world for quite some time now, I decided to begin sharing my artwork. Patsy's Creative Corner will always have my artwork. Thanks for visiting! :)
