Profile Portrait in Watercolor

Hello Friends!

Yesterday I watched the videos for Week #33 which is going to be a portrait I will probably skip for now. So instead I painted this week’s portrait which is painted from an old photo from long ago! My daughter said she looks Roman!

This is Week #34 with Lucy Brydon. All I could do was print out the photo she used. Our internet service is really slow right now, so I wasn’t able to download her videos. I don’t always spend the time watching the instructor’s videos anyway. I like to do my own thing which is part of what these classes are all about…finding your own style.

The woman in the photo is very pale which was a challenge. Also, she is surrounded by leaves in the background, but I decided I didn’t want to do all of that. However, she does have bright orange hair! That was fun.

Have a wonderful day! 😀

About whitefeatherfloating

When I began this blog I was simply going to share my writing. However, after being part of the blogging world for quite some time now, I decided to begin sharing my artwork. Patsy's Creative Corner will always have my artwork. Thanks for visiting! :)
