Profile Portrait in Acrylics

Hello Friends!

I finished this portrait on Friday night. I wanted to get it done so I could stay caught up in Let’sFaceIt2020. (I can hardly believe I just finished Week #30! And our instructor was Larissa West again. I really like her.) Also, I wanted to get this one done so I can get back to working on my BIG portrait of “The Red Shoes!”

As you may know if you’ve been visiting my blog for awhile, my favorite colors are the complementary colors of purple and yellow. So I decided to do something really different with this one, and it was fun! Anyway, as far as complementary colors go, I also love blue and orange, but red and green, not so much. When I see them, I automatically think about the holidays! 😉

I am amazed how fast this year seems to be going for me in spite of the pandemic. I am just staying busy with my art, exercise, and chores. Plus watching through a few old t.v. series’.

I hope everyone’s week went well and you are staying healthy. I decided to change the last line of my blog posts since I didn’t think it is a good idea to encourage hugging so much right now. So…until next time…

Have a wonderful day! 😀

About whitefeatherfloating

When I began this blog I was simply going to share my writing. However, after being part of the blogging world for quite some time now, I decided to begin sharing my artwork. Patsy's Creative Corner will always have my artwork. Thanks for visiting! :)
