Inktober 2018 – Day 25 – Prickly

Hello Friends,

Meet Prickly Pete! I got this done later today than I usually do, but here is my ink drawing for today’s prompt, “prickly.”

The best part of my day today was getting to visit with my daughter for a few hours. She’s been staying in town all week because of work, but she loves her job at the doughnut shop. She usually goes in around 5 or 6 in the morning. So she still has a lot of her day left when she gets off. I am proud of her and glad she loves her job. So it was nice to have her home for a couple of days.

Well, I hope everyone has been having a great week. I am not sure how many more days of Inktober I will do. I am reading LOTS of picture books and still doing the online art classes at https://www.svslearn.com/

Have a wonderful day, and give someone you love a big hug! 😁

When I began this blog I was simply going to share my writing. However, after being part of the blogging world for quite some time now, I decided to begin sharing my artwork. Patsy's Creative Corner will always have my artwork. Thanks for visiting! :)

  5. I love this prickly character!! You did a great job on him. I get the spending time with your daughter. I get mine most Saturdays while she does her laundry and we cook breakfast together. It’s wonderful.
