Wildflowers for Jill Kuhn

Hello Friends,

I posted this painting almost four years ago!  I had it in the frame already and took the picture, thus, the glare.  But I mentioned it to my friend, Jill Kuhn, who has a wonderful blog called Jill’s Art Journal, which you can find here:

I told her about this painting, and decided to post it just for her today!  I hope you like it, Jill.  It is from four years ago, though, so I would do some things differently if I did it again, but it was a daisies painting I did for a friend who loves daisies.  I found several different kinds and put them all in the same painting!  Crazy!

Have a wonderful day, and give someone you love a big hug!  🙂

When I began this blog I was simply going to share my writing. However, after being part of the blogging world for quite some time now, I decided to begin sharing my artwork. Patsy's Creative Corner will always have my artwork. Thanks for visiting! :)

  1. I am too Kath. Plus she is such a nice person! Wow! Whale spotting sounds fun.

  2. Patsy Im a big fan of Jill and her amazing talents in art. What a pretty scene, nothing better than a hill covered in flowers and a sea view. Hope to go whale spotting at the beach today, have a great day.

  3. Wow Patsy! It is beautiful!! 💜🌼 Thank you so much for posting it for me! 😊 You made my day! 🎨👍 I look at paintings I did in the past and think the same things – how I would do things differently today… yet, in doing, I learn and for me that is the fun part – the journey! 😍 Thanks so much Patsy! 😌

    • Hi Jill. I am glad you like it! It was a fun piece to do. The composition was actually on the front of a really old Field Guide for Wildflowers I think. But of course I replaced all the field part with the different daisies for her. I probably won’t ever get around to redoing it, but it’s fun to think about! 🙂 Have a wonderful weekend, Jill!
