SEA HEARTLE!!

Hello Friends,

Yes, you read that right!  I didn’t get this idea until a few days ago.  I drew this in pencil first just doodling, but then yesterday after getting home from town, I decided to paint him.  This is a sea heartle!  This guy just swam into my mind the other day when I was browsing pictures of sea turtles and thinking about Valentine’s Day.  I wanted to get him here by yesterday, but he was a little late.  He said the currents have been very strong lately!

Well, I don’t have a name for my sea heartle, so I am asking all of you for suggestions.  PLEASE leave me a suggested name; it will only take a moment!  I will really appreciate it!!  Thanks!

I hope everyone had a lovely Valentine’s Day.  We stayed in, had dinner and watched a creepy movie.  Yeah, not your “typical” Valentine’s Day, but we feel like we are celebrating our love every day and don’t really need one day a year to “go all out” as some people like to do.  Besides, we can’t afford that!  Ha ha!!  😉

I have painted more D&D miniatures but have not gotten a picture of them yet.  That is coming soon.  Also, I played in my husband’s game on Sunday.  No one there knew I was going to.  We used the element of surprise when my character, a halfling rogue, was waiting in a chapel for all of the other characters in the party to rescue me and others who were trapped in there by the ones outside who were trying to set fire to the back door!  And at the front door others were using a battering ram to try and break that door down!!  Fortunately, though, my wonderful group was able to get rid of the bad guys at the back door and rescue all of us.  I stabbed a Kobold in the back as I came out, but had to do it twice to kill him.  I know, sounds like such a violent game!  But such is war…

All I know is it was really fun and I am looking forward to the next game a week from this Sunday!  It’s nice to be with a great group of people and just have fun.  What are you doing this weekend for fun?

Have a great day, and give someone you love a big hug.  🙂

About whitefeatherfloating

When I began my first blog, Patsy's Creative Corner, I was simply going to share my artwork. However, after being part of the blogging world for quite some time now, I came back into another hobby I have - writing. So Patsy's Creative Corner will still have my artwork and some writing, but I created a new blog called My Crazy Life! in order to simply write my short autobiography and hopefully get some feedback on it as I go. However, it is a very slow project right now.
