Leatherback Sea Turtle Drawing
Here is a rough sketched out idea for my next watercolor painting. The Leatherback Sea Turtle is the largest of all types of sea turtles which is what I am trying to emphasize here. Anyone have any suggestions on my layout? Like I said, it’s rough ideas right now. But I’m starting to work on the colors for the painting.
Have a great day, and give someone you love a hug. 🙂

I can’t wait to see the final creation, Patsy! It looks great so far. 🙂

Thanks, Jill. 🙂 I may not get started on it for a couple of days. I am just mixing colors to decide what I want to use in the painting first. 🙂

Hey, an artist must take her time. 🙂 I hope your shoulder is feeling better, Patsy. 🙂

That is so true, Jill. Although, there have been times when I have rushed things without thinking stuff through and regretted it. But actually, I have been doing a lot of reading about turtles lately, so the drawing has just been sitting with the watercolor paper waiting to be traced and painted. 😉
Thank you, Jill. My shoulder is fine. I know what my limitations are; sometimes I just ignore them, though. But lately I haven’t been, so that helps a lot.
