What to do Next???
I am kind of in a weird place right now. I haven’t had any desire to really write any more on my autobiography since October. Sorry if any of you have been reading it. It seems that in every attempt I’ve made to write it, I get to that period of my life and then can’t go on. Partly I guess it is because I haven’t had that exciting of a life. So if I get bored writing it, I think people will get bored reading it! Well, someday I hope to finish it. By the way that is at my other blog called My Crazy Life! Here’s the link if you’re interested. http://spreadingmy2wings.wordpress.com/ I’ll finish it someday. Something pretty traumatic happened to me after we moved to California, so that’s probably why I don’t want to go on. I don’t like thinking about it, much less writing about it, but it is part of who I have become. So I feel it needs to be addressed.
Also, I need to get back to the drawing of Kili from The Hobbit that I started last week for my daughter. I hope to finish it by tomorrow. I don’t know where she got the photo on the internet, so I’m a little reluctant to put it on my blog. What do you think about that? Should I post it when I’m done? I can’t give the photographer credit if I don’t know who it is. But it isn’t like I am planning to sell copies of it or something. I would never do that.
I have been thinking about doing another painting of the Georgia Lake that I sold to my friend, Teresa. I will do it differently, though, so she still has an “original.” I miss it hanging in our living room (but if you’re reading this, Teresa, enjoy it! I don’t want it back!) 🙂
Perhaps I’ll do a quick watercolor sketch of something again. I love using the watercolor pencils I have. They are great fun for quick sketches. I’m sorry I haven’t written about HOW to do a watercolor painting yet. I’m no expert, so I guess now I am feeling a little reluctant. I think if anyone is really desiring to paint, you should just not invest TOO much money into the art until you KNOW you really love doing it.
Take care everyone, and give someone you love a big hug!!! 🙂
