Dragonfly on Leaf Study

Here is a reddish orange dragonfly my son found a really long time ago. It has been sitting on my art desk waiting to be drawn or painted. I decided to rest it on a leaf I found awhile back that dried and curled up so I could paint them together! I was hoping to convey the transparency of the dragonfly’s wings. What do you think? I’d love to hear!

About whitefeatherfloating

When I began this blog I was simply going to share my writing. However, after being part of the blogging world for quite some time now, I decided to begin sharing my artwork. Patsy's Creative Corner will always have my artwork. Thanks for visiting! :)
