Painted Bananas Come To Life!
Remember the really spotted bananas I painted? Well, I made them into a banana bread the other day.
Here’s the process!!
1. Mash up the bananas, and add a little lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.
2. Chop up some pecans.
3. Add some grated carrots to the bananas. I’ve found that this makes the bread a lot moister.
4. Mix in all the rest of the ingredients, pour into the pan and bake!
THE FINISHED PRODUCT! Yum. Eat it and enjoy! And share some with friends and loved ones.
Have a great day and give someone you love a hug. And make them a loaf of banana bread if you have the inclination to do so! If anyone wants the recipe, I’ll publish it. Just let me know.

Thanks, Michelle. It is! I made it for years with just bananas, like my mom, but a few years back a lady at my church gave me her recipe that also calls for the carrots. It is an amazing difference in the moisture of the bread!
