The loneliness of the long-distance blogger – very simple instructions for newbs.

This is a great blog. I will keep coming back to Angela!

Sleeping with the cat ...

It’s not easy you know, being a blogger. As far as I can see it takes a superior sort of … I don’t think ‘lunatic’ is too strong a word here.

Blogging surely has to be an extreme form of either idiocy or narcissism, you choose … to keep us tapping away on our keyboards at the kitchen table when all the more sensible folk are lounging in front of their TV screens screaming out the answers to quiz shows and eating Doritos.

The way I see it a blogger needs three things. They are patience, patience and patience. Oh, and the ability to write well … so that would be four then. (Maths never was my strong point). If you haven’t got those four basics perhaps it would be better to go and take up something else altogether, something simple … like lacemaking or herding cats.

About whitefeatherfloating

When I began this blog I was simply going to share my writing. However, after being part of the blogging world for quite some time now, I decided to begin sharing my artwork. Patsy's Creative Corner will always have my artwork and some writing, but I also created a blog called "My Crazy Life!" in order to simply write my short autobiography and hopefully get some feedback on it as I go. However, it is a very slow project right now. You can find it here: Thanks for visiting! :)
